Sports Instruction

Sports instruction is offered year round and focuses on both the mental and physical aspects of the game.  We strive for our students to be able to physically perform and mentally understand all fundamentals of the game while always keeping safety top of mind.

Core Athletics provide boys and girls at all ages an opportunity  to improve their skills and showcase their talents. Core facilities and instructors provide opportunities in travel ball, metro leagues, and showcase teams  that give players the opportunity to excel

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 3:00pm to 8:00pm  -- Saturdays 10:00am  to 2:00pm
Sundays 2:00pm to 6:00pm
  • BASEBALL Pitching Class - February 6th
    Classes will cover mechanics from windup and stretch to increase accuracy and velocity, grips, and core body strengthening. 4:1 player/instructor ratio.  
  • BASEBALL Hitting Class - February 6th
    Classes will cover swing mechanics to increase contact and power, mental approach, plate coverage, and staying back on off-speed pitches. 4:1 player/instructor ratio.
  • SOFTBALL Pitching Class - February 6th
    Classes will cover mechanics from windup and stretch to increase accuracy and velocity, grips, and core body strengthening. 4:1 player/instructor ratio.
  • SOFTBALL Hitting Class - February 6th

    This program will consist of workouts with the goal to increase a players strength, speed, and agility in a baseball specific way.
  • Youth Speed / Agility Class - February 9th
    This program is for athletes who wants to increase their speed and quickness. Participants will work on running form, change of directions, quick feet, and explosive starts. Class will be 1 hour.
  • 7-8 Year Olds Coach Pitch - February 8th
    This program is specifically designed for baseball and softball players to develop basic skills who play in a coach pitch league. We'll work on hitting, throwing, fielding, and running in each of th
